Intro/Programming

Hey guys, it's Megakaby. This is just sort of a random blog that I've made, it won't be updated regularly, but normally it'll have something new every once in a while. This blog won't really have too much of a single topic, more like just random things that I do occasionally.

Anyway, I found my old TI-84+ Silver Edition calculator last week, and all week I was programming and re-programming the game I made on it last year, that I actually started the year before! I don't really have a name for it, but if you've ever heard of a game for iPhone called "Solomon's Boneyard," it's kind of like that, wave after wave of enemies until you die, only in my game, when you die you keep your progress. It has 3 game files, 3 shops, a city area, level up system, cheats that you unlock, coins, health, and the ability to change weapons, and not only that but there's even more! It took me a really long time to program, but it wasn't the actual programming that took forever, it was mainly what happened while I programmed it. There were so many bugs with the menus, switching weapons, the enemy hit-box and movement... Ugh, there were so many problems. But in the end, I think it was worth it, because people actually like the game and give me feedback on it!

Well, if you want to download my game to a calculator (it must be a TI-83 or a version above it), just leave a comment below and I'll try to add it when I get the chance!
Oh yea, before you download it, it has quite a few programs on it that are part of the game, so if anybody knows how to convert it to Assembly or just keep all the programs in one little group, I'd really appreciate that!

Anyway, if you want to read my other blog, my Minecraft blog that gets updated every fortnight, click on the link at the bottom of the post that says "My Minecraft Blog."

But anyway, (I say that a lot -.-) this is the end of the post, thanks for reading it guys, and I'll be back some other time!
